Movie 1 Bone metastasis
Description: Thyroid cancer with bone metastasis. Iodine 131 can not be used (too large tumor). Radio frequency ablation of the tumor with coagulation of almost 90% of the tumor (see MR imaging). The Radio-frequency ablation was followed by radioisotope therapy (iodine 131 therapy). Complete ablation of the tumor was achieved with this association.
