Creating web pages with PowerPoint

Publishing a PowerPoint document as web file makes it accessible to those you want to view the presentation with a Web browser. Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 like other Office suites has now a Web format saving option.

How it works

When you publish a presentation, a copy of it is created in a file location you choose. When a PowerPoint presentation is exported to web content, all components of the presentation text, fronts, images are converted into their web equivalent. Text is converted into HTML, images into GIF or JPG, XML files are used to store data. The important point is all this is done fully automatically and does not therefore require any kind of web edition knowledge.
